We’ll keep your computers running properly, and if they do go wrong we’ll fix them quickly and efficiently. You can call us at any time within working hours and get help with any kind of computer problem. We solve most problems by telephone or by remote access, but if necessary we’ll send you an engineer or arrange for collection and repair at our service centre.

An economical subscription covers the majority of computer problems, and a range of affordable service extras covers anything else that might arise.

Well, any reasonably modern one (see the price list for minimum specification), preferably with a CD-ROM drive and a broadband connection (required for remote access support).

We fully support both Macs and PCs.
