Based in the heart of London West End, Toogood Events and Hospitality was established in 1998 as a creative event management company.

We specialize in event management, corporate hospitality and party planning. Whether it be high profile parties or music tours we can provide the expertise and knowledge to make even the most ambitious event a truly memorable occasion. A comprehensive understanding of our clients businesses, supported by our own knowledge of event organisation, has ensured that our events of the highest standard possible.

Toogood Events & Hospitality’s Team

Managing Director- Andy Toogood
Before establishing Toogood Events and Hospitality, Andy spent seven years working in the Club and Entertainment Industry. In that time he developed a vast array of contacts many of which have become Toogood's commercial partners today.Andy has been involved with many of London's top bars and night-clubs, organising and promoting nights independently as well as for venue owners and companies alike.

Successes to date include monthly and weekly club-nights (High Society & Juicy Fruit) in London's West End. Andy's eye for new concepts and his winning event formula have made his projects a formative part of the capital's club scene. Among the top artists used as guest DJ's at Andy's club nights are: Sasha, Danny Rampling, and Judge Jules, to name just a few.

Andy's portfolio includes events in Ibiza where he promoted and developed a night at Amnesia, one of the island's top venues. Incorporating international DJ's and live acts from the United Kingdom, the night became hugely successful throughout the summer.

More recently Andy has been engaged as a consultant for a number of prominent venue owners, to establish and promote private member's bars in London.

Director – Duncan Brown
Duncan teamed up with Toogood Events and Hospitality in October 2001 as a joint partner. He has a wealth business knowledge and expertise, which extends as far back as 1992, when he was the Co -Founder of Onboard, a pan European snowboarding magazine which was published in French, German and English.
Duncan coordinated the set up of the offices in Europe and the subsequent involvement of Onboard Pan European Magazine participation which sponsored many snowboarding events and competition including:-

• Ballantines European Snowboard Tour
• Air & Style Innsbruck
• International Snowboard Federation European Snowboarding Competition
• The first $1m half pipe event in the world – in Gerlos, Austria

Onboard Magazine was also involved in numerous self-sponsored events supporting the marketing, trade, consumer and media industries. This included supporting the entire snowboarding lifestyle following the newest street trends in fashion and music.

In 1999 he sold Onboard, thereafter he set up a Translation Agency covering all languages based in London.

European Marketing Manager – Janice Weiner
With a degree in PR Management and five years work experience in various Marketing Communications roles. Janice has a wide range of knowledge and expertise in both corporate and commercial sectors. Originally from South Africa, she came to London 4 years ago, to broaden her arsines and immerse herself into the cosmopolitan life that London has to offer. Janice joined Toogood Events and Hospitality in May 2003, bringing with her international background and insight into various industries.

Project Manager – Phillippa Rutt
Phillippa has been involved in the Event Management Industry since 1995. She has worked herself up from being a part time runner, to co-ordinating large-scale events for the likes of Richard Branson. She moved to London from Oxford in 2000 and has worked in some of London’s top venues and private members clubs. Phillippa joined Toogood Events and Hospitality in December 2002. Her eye for detail and creative management has ensured the success of all the events she handles.
